Hurricane and Harsh Weather

A.C.C. Manufacturing provides three types of shutter slats. The extruded aluminum is extruded from a 6063-T6 aluminum alloy. The foam filled slats are made up of a 3004-H16 aluminum alloy shell, injected with a polyurethane foam. Finally, the Ultra-High-Density slats have a thicker shell than the foam-filled product, and the high-density foam makes this product as strong as the extruded aluminum slat.
